Go Green Nevada provides an online platform to connect homeowners with energy-efficient products and services. The services offered may include, but are not limited to, calculators, estimators, proposal solicitation platforms, and information on third-party vendors ("Services"). We utilize machine learning and AI to track sustainability incentive programs in real-time, and we may use third-party AI tools, which we do not own and are not responsible for. Go Green Nevada is not directly hired, represented, or affiliated with any Third-Party Vendors, Companies, Programs, or Websites shared on the platform. Go Green Nevada remains an unbiased campaign to reference Nevada residents to applicable programs regarding home-improvement sustainability.
By submitting a request for information or services ("Submitted Request"), you authorize Go Green Nevada and a Third-Party Vendor or Contractor to reach out to you via various means, including phone, email, and mail, even if your phone number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. You will be contacted only if you provide your telephone number as part of your Submitted Request.
To access certain Services, you may be required to register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Go Green Nevada reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with these requirements.

From time to time, Go Green Nevada (operated by Soluma LLC) may run sweepstakes, raffles, or other promotions (each a "Promotion"). The following terms apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated in specific rules:

The current active promotion is a Hummer EV Giveaway Raffle, where eligible participants may win a 2024 GMC Hummer EV (approx. retail value: $80,500). No cash substitution is offered. Prize includes vehicle only; winner is responsible for taxes, registration, and pickup/delivery.
Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Soluma LLC are not eligible. The raffle is valid only if a minimum of 1,000 eligible entries are received. If the raffle is canceled for any reason, all eligible participants will be notified by email.

Entries must be postmarked before the raffle deadline.
Winner will be selected at random from eligible entries after the minimum entry threshold is met. Notification will occur via email and/or phone. The winner must respond within 7 calendar days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.
By entering, participants agree that Soluma LLC may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
